Miscellaneous:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and all legal proceedings related to this Agreement must be brought in Corona, California. Any cause of action related to the Site must be initiated within one year, or it will be permanently barred. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will still apply. The prevailing party in any legal action related to this Agreement may recover reasonable legal fees. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
